Wanted: People Who Actually Enjoy Solving Other People’s Problems (Yes, That’s a Real Job)
There’s a particular kind of person who, when a friend is stressing over a broken order or a confusing bill, doesn’t sigh — they lean in. “Okay, let’s figure this out.” If that’s you, Triple wants to talk.
Triple is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist to join its remote team, supporting small and medium-sized businesses across North America. And no, this isn’t another script-reading, clock-watching call center gig. It’s a role built for people who take real ownership of a customer’s problem from the first “hello” to the final “thank you so much.”

Why This Role Actually Matters
Every business lives or dies by how it treats the people who trust it with their money. Triple built its reputation by recruiting the top 1% of remote talent and backing them with serious training and account management — which means when you join as a Customer Experience Specialist, you’re not thrown in cold. You’re set up to genuinely help.
Here’s what the day-to-day looks like:
- Being the first friendly voice (or reply) a customer hears. Phone, email, and chat — you’re the front line.
- Owning issues end-to-end. No passing the buck. You follow a concern until it’s actually resolved.
- Working cross-functionally. You’ll loop in internal teams to track down the right answer, not just a fast one.
- Staying composed under pressure. Multiple conversations, shifting priorities, the occasional frustrated customer — you handle it all with a level head.
Who Thrives Here
Triple isn’t just looking for someone who can follow a script. They want people with:
- A customer-first mindset — solving problems, not just closing tickets
- Strong empathy and active listening
- Sharp problem-solving and analytical instincts
- Comfort with CRM systems and ticketing tools
- The discipline to work independently in a remote setup
- A genuine appetite to learn new products and processes fast
Prior experience in customer support, customer success, or a contact center is preferred, and a bachelor’s degree is a plus — but Triple is clear that real communication skill and relevant experience count for a lot too.

Why Triple, Specifically?
Triple isn’t a faceless outsourcing shop. Its whole model is built around three things: Clients, People, and Planet — meaning the way it treats the people doing the work is part of its actual business philosophy, not just a careers-page slogan. That shows up in how selectively they hire, how much they invest in training, and how much support their account managers give once you’re in the seat.
If you’ve been looking for remote work that respects your time zone flexibility, your growth, and your intelligence — not just your typing speed — this is worth a serious look.
